CANCELLATION POLICY & ETIQUETTE
Arrivals:
We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated and a courtesy to your therapist and other clients. Your session will begin at the time it was scheduled. If you arrive late, you will be charged in full, but we will do our best to accommodate your entire session. Please let us know if you have any special needs or disabilities so we can make your visit comfortable.
Cell Phones:
As a courtesy to others, please turn off your cell phone and pagers before your session begins.
Massage Etiquette:
For massages, bring clothing that will meet your comfort level. You will be draped with a sheet at all times on areas that are not being massaged. Please communicate your wishes opening with your therapist. Whether it’s the massage pressure, room temperature or music level, we will always make the necessary adjustments to suit you.
Scheduling Appointments:
We highly recommend you schedule well in advance for any of our services, however, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee an appointment will be available.
Gratuity:
In appreciation of excellent service, gratuity may be offered at your discretion. It is customary to provide a therapist a 15-20% gratuity if you were pleased with the services provided. Gratuity preferred is cash.
Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy requires a client who needs to cancel their appointment to do so by 2pm the previous business day to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations after 2pm are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment costs. "No shows" are subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the treatment costs. If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their session, you with either have the option to reschedule, take the original time remaining and pay full price or extend your session at an additional cost. Out of courtesy and respect for our clients and therapist, clients who have been a “no show” more than one time will automatically be denied future services at our center.
Payment:
A credit card is required to hold all appointments. We accept cash, local checks (within 25 miles of center), visa or mastercard. Payment is due when services are rendered.
Prepay sessions: Payment is due upon 1st prepay session and expire one year after purchase. Their is no refund on prepay sessions.
Gift Certificates::
Please present gift certificates and coupons at check-in. Please note that if you are redeeming a gift certificate, gratuity is not included. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be substituted for cash. Be sure to indulge in our services, they make a wonderful gift for any special occasion or event!
